March is Nutrition Month and spring is here, so let’s “SPRING” into action and Eat Right. We all know that eating right help will prevent many diseases including, but not limited to Diabetes. We need to think “3”:
Think 1: Before I eat ( why am I eating) hungry, upset or bored
Think 2: What am I eating (junk L, fruit, vegetable, protein J.
Think 3: How much am I eating? Portion Control.
March is Nutrition Month and while most of us are blessed with an abundance of food, not all are. This is a perfect time to collect food for your local food bank.
