Above all else, guard your heart, for it is the wellspring of life!
We all know that having a heart attack is no laughing matter
However, too many times the comment made is “That won’t happen to me. “ According the CDC, “About 610,000 people die of heart disease in the United States every year–that's 1 in every 4 deaths. Heart disease is the leading cause of death for both men and women. More than half of the deaths due to heart disease in 2009 were in men.”
The American Heart Association states that many people having a heart attack wait more than 2 hours before getting help.
